HISTORY

HADONA was established in July 1989 as the Hawai'i Chapter of NADONA LTC.  Early challenges included outer island engagement and fundraising. This is how HADONA Conference first came about.

PURPOSE

To foster the growth and leadership in Long Term Care industry for any licensed nurse who served as Director of Nursing, Assistant DON, or other Nursing Leadership roles. The association meets monthl to share common concerns, experiences, and exchange ideas to promote quality care.
