Rosalie D'Sanson, BSN, RN
Rosalie D’Sanson, BSN, RN, has
been a nurse for 35 years with a
background in hospital and longterm care. Moving from New York to Hawaii with her family in 2008 is one of the best decision she had ever made. Living in paradise and the strong “Ohana” culture is what attracted her. “Hawaii is the BEST place to raise a family”. She joined the Arcadia Family of Companies at 15Craigside in 2011. Started as a staff nurse, promoted to a QA position, ADON then DON. Fun Fact: The only organization she joined outside work is HADONA!

Laura Olegario, BSN, RN
HADON Laura has worked in healthcare for over 20 years, specializing in Geriatrics, Hemodialysis, Sub-Acute Care, Hospice and wound care. Laura has spent most of her career implementing and monitoring healthcare policies making sure that facilities follow Central Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and Federal Regulatory Groups f-tag guidelines. Laura is a member of the Hawaii Associate for Wound, Ostomy and Continence care and is the recipient of the prestigious Dr. Adele Mitchell Nursing Honor Society award. Laura is currently the Director of Nursing at Kuakini Geriatric Care.

Cecille Tapacio, BSN, RN, PHN
With over 22 years in healthcare, Cecille began her career as a C.N.A. and progressed through roles as an LVN, RN, earning her BSN and Public Health Nurse. She brings extensive experience in Geriatrics—her true passion and calling—along with expertise in Staff Development, Infection
Control, Wound Care, Hemodialysis, and Med-Surg Rehab, much of which she gained in Southern California.
In 2018, she moved to Hawaii seeking new opportunities in hospital care but was drawn back to her roots in elder care. She now serves as Director of Nursing at Leahi Hospital, where she leads with compassion, clinical excellence, and a strong commitment to improving outcomes for Hawaii’s kupuna.

Juan Gonzalez, RN
Juan is a dedicated healthcare leader with over 14 years of experience in Long Term Care, all of which he has proudly spent at Palolo Chinese Home. Starting as a Program Aide in 2011, he rose through multiple leadership roles including Administrative Assistant, MDS Coordinator, Manager of Clinical Support, Director of Nursing, and now Administrator in Training. He led the organization through key transitions, stepping in as Director of Nursing during a leadership gap in 2022, and later serving as
Interim President of HADONA in 2023. Juan's career reflects his resilience, critical thinking, and deep commitment to quality care and leadership in the long-term care community.
